To excel in this role, you should bring a robust interest and deep understanding of thoroughbred horse racing, along with a positive attitude, a love of marketing strategy, and a sharp eye for detail. These positions are dynamic and multifaceted, but fear not, you won’t be going it alone! Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and Creative Manager to devise compelling marketing strategies.
- Oversee and coordinate clients’ marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Work alongside Graphic Designers and Video Editors to produce stellar designs and content.
- Maintain close communication with clients, addressing their needs and staying attuned to their success, media presence, and challenges.
- Engage in research and ideation to bring fresh concepts to the table.
- Ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and on budget.
- Analyze campaign performance with precision.
- Support the Managing Director in cultivating new client relationships.
